   Villa Agapi is situated on a small elevation, on the edge of the village. It is a very quiet place, in the trees and the flowers (1000 sqm) with absolute owner .There is a newly built private swimming-pool 44 sqm (depth 1,45 sqm) whose a part is for is children (depth 0,45 cm). A pavilion with suitable furniture is situated near the swimming-pool.There is also a small play area for children and there are three large verandas. With wonderful views over the village and out across the sea, as far as the island Dia and the mountains, from the Psiloriti to the Lasithiotika, where you can enjoy the east and the sunset.

    The Villa Agapi is spacious 120 sqm and is ideal for 2- 6 people. The main entrance leads to the dining area and continues on to the open plan kitchen and living room, which is tastefully furnished and has an open fireplace, SAT/TV,DVD and stereo with CD/cassette deck. Above the living room is a gallery style spare room, which can be reached by an open wooden staircase from the kitchen. In This room there are an office, library and one single bed. The kitchen has all the suitable house – hold appliances such as freezer, refrigerator, oven, cafe – machine and all the remaining equipment. There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, another has also a double bed and the third smaller bedroom is ideal for children with either on single bed or with two small beds for babies, depending on client’s requirements.There is a bathroom and a smaller WC with a washing machine. The house is well insulated which double glazing and the windows are fitted with mosquito nets while central heating makes the house suitable for winter use.

    The village has Mini – Market, butcheries, green - grocers, bakeries, petrol – station, pharmacy, first – aid centre, bank, two tavernas and a lot of traditional cafe, while for an active day out with children there is the water park “ water City ” nearby.The country surgery of Episkopi village (400m) operates between 08.00-14.00, while Heraklion’s University Hospital, one of Greece's leading Academic hospitals, is only 25 km away.The philosophy and concern of its owners does not only include the delivery of reliable services but also the creation for each guest of his own private milieu in which he will relax and enjoy all that the Villa-Agapi offers within its aesthetic environment and incomparable beauty of the surrounding nature.
